We guarantee your satisfaction at all times. You can request a product change within 7 days, by contacting us through our website. You will then be informed with instructions on how to do it.Credits for returns will be refunded to the original payment way used to place the order.You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

For order or shipping issues. please contact the customer service department email Karaselcuky@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will work with you to correct the issue.

For canceling an order. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to prevent your order being shipped. Regrettably we cannot accept cancellations after the product has shipped and is en route to you.

For product that has arrived damaged. It is not necessary to return the product. Please email a video of the damaged product when insert your car, along with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order.
